Order a hosting plan, then open a ticket asking for a free migration and share access to your current host (cPanel login or a full backup). Our team copies your website, databases and email, tests everything, then you point the domain to us. There is no downtime.
How free migration works
- Choose a plan with enough room for your websites. Moving several sites? Standard hosts 5, Executive and Platinum unlimited.
- Request the migration: open a ticket from the client area with the domains to move.
- Share access to your current host: a cPanel login is easiest. Otherwise a full backup file, or FTP and database access.
- We copy everything: files, databases, email accounts and their messages.
- We test it on our servers before anything changes for your visitors.
- Point the domain to us (we can do this for you). Your website keeps running throughout, so there’s no downtime.

- MySQL databases.

Your domain
The website and the domain are separate. You can move only the website and keep the domain where it is, or transfer the domain to Hostnali too so everything is managed in one place.
Tips
- Don’t cancel your old hosting until we confirm the move is complete.
- Avoid editing the website during the move, or tell us so we copy the latest version.
